Stylish shoe brand Casca Footwear acquired by Unity Brands
The six-year-old company had previously raised nearly $5 million in venture funding.
Casca Footwear has been acquired by Unity Brands, the company announced this morning (August 30).
Notable: It’s the second Vancouver firm scooped up by Unity in the past month. In July, Kit and Ace was sold to the growing retailer, which is helmed by David Lui, Joe Fresh founder Joe Mimran, and Frank Rocchetti.
